The Hampton Inn in Benson really impressed me with its comfort. The beds felt like clouds, giving me an amazing night of rest. The room was clean, and I loved the spacious layout. The breakfast had a good variety, including fresh fruit and hot coffee. Staff members were super friendly, making me feel welcome. However, I did find the elevator slow at times, causing some delays. Room was spacious and very clean.

The shower head was awful, and had no conditioner! I found grout coming up from the bathroom floor and even had a piece stuck to my foot. To top it off, the parking situation was a nightmare, with inadequate spaces and no security for my car at night.

I had such a fantastic stay with my family! The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, with everything from chocolate waffles to fresh fruit and daily complimentary snacks that were absolutely delicious. Plus, the staff was incredibly attentive, going out of their way to ensure our comfort, even helping my daughter after a little mishap at breakfast!
